Center for the Arts Auditions AUDITION MATERIAL SEE BELOW!
The audition will consist of the following:
1. 7 Major Scales performed in the Florida All State pattern, as many octaves as possible.
2. Prepared Etude (See below.) Please prepare this to the best of your ability.
This excerpt is designed for placement in the Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Winds as well as Center for the Arts acceptance.
3. Sight Reading

Bass Clarinet
Clarinet
Flute
French Horn
Oboe
Percussion
Saxophone
Trombone - Euphonium (Bass Clef)
Trumpet - Baritone (Treble Clef)
Tuba
*Equipment provided - Snare Drum, Xylophone, Xylophone mallets. Please bring your own snare sticks to the audition.
Dress for success! Dressing up in nice slacks and a nice shirt will give you more confidence in your performance, and will show that you care about your audition.
